Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. I did not receive my tracking number after I ordered.
A1. All tracking numbers will be sent via email once an order has been processed and we process each order around 6pm-9pm EST daily (Excluding Holidays and Saturday)
Q2. My Tracking Number does not work.
A2. When you are provided a tracking number, it does not mean that your order is already at USPS. It just signifies that a label was created for your order. Once a tracking number is sent to you, it takes about 1 business day (not including weekends or holidays) for a package to be sent to USPS. Once your package arrives to the nearest USPS facility, they will scan/update your tracking number. At that moment, you will be able to search for your tracking number via USPS.
Q3. I just ordered from your site and did not receive any confirmation.
A3. Please check your spam folder. There are few cases when our emails are sent to your spam folder. Also, If your order has been declined or cancelled, you will not received order confirmation, instead you'll received a declined or cancelled notification
Q4. I did not receive my tracking number after 24 hours.
A4. There will be times when further information (e.g. Missing apartment number) is required before we are able to process an order. In these cases, we will send an email to you directly asking for further information. Once we receive the information, we will then process your order and send you a tracking number for your order.
Q5. How long does it take for me to receive my package?
A5. It takes 1 business day for an order to be processed and an additional 1-4 business day for shipping depending on your location. So in total, it should take about 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Q6. Are you a scam? Is this website legit?
A6. We are not a scam and indeed a legitimate business. If you do need additional reassurance, please visit our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/myapeti/) where you can engage in conversions with others customers.
Q7. My order was declined but I see charges on my credit card!
A7. The charges you see on your credit card are holds that are automatically placed by Authorize.net when a transaction fails to be processed, whether it's a declined credit card or if you made a mistake with the billing address. These holds should say "pending" on your credit card and will be removed after 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot change this as it is part of Authorize.net's automated system. Each declined transaction will result in 1 additional hold placed on your credit card.
Q8. My Credit Card was declined! What should I do?
A8. We use Authorize.net's fraud detection suite to lower the chances of identity thieves purchasing goods from our store. However, this also has the unfortunate side effect of denying legitimate transactions. To prevent being flagged by our fraud filters, please follow the following guidelines:
- Make sure your credit card details are entered correctly.
- Your billing address must match the billing address with your credit card issuer.
